Shipping + Delivery

Birds with Benefits currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, but may vary depending on if an item is on waitlist. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, birdseed is non-returnable once opened.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To request support, please email us info@birdswithbenefits.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
