Valued not only for their aesthetic appeal, but also for their seeds and oil, sunflowers are loved by people, birds, and other wildlife. Native to North America, these beauties can grow to 30 feet tall, and one flower can produce up to 2000 seeds!

Sunflower seeds provide an abundance of fat, fiber, protein, and other nutrients, and are a favorite of many backyard birds. You will find three varieties of this important seed in our mixes: hulled, black oil, and striped.
